TERMS OF SERVICE

By contacting me for a commission, you agree to the terms below.

  • DO: Humans, Furry/ Anthro, OC's, FanArt.

  • DON'T: NSFW/Fetish, Gore e Vore, Realism e Mecha.

GENERAL TERMS:- Keep in mind that the artist's style is Cartoon/Manga oriented.
- Purchased artwork should not be used for political, religious or hate speech.
- The artist is only obligated to work on the artwork if he explicitly accepts the work.
- The artist reserves the right to refuse his commission if he doesn’t feel comfortable doing so.
- The artist reserves all rights to the artwork, and is free to publish it on other sites or use the image for sales or personal promotion.
- Usually the deadline for completing a commission is between 2-4 weeks, but the deadline can be modified due to complexity, and will always be communicated to the customer.
- The customer is free to use the commission in a non-commercial way, have fun.
- If any unforeseen events occur - that delay the delivery of the commission - the artist will contact the customer as soon as possible.
- If you do not follow the rules and terms of service, the artist has the right to refuse your commission.
- Any bad behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.
- The use of any artwork purchased in Artificial Intelligence programs is not permitted.


PAYMENTS:1. The accepted currency is USD via Paypal.
2. The price of a COMMERCIAL product is 1.5x the value of the regular product.
3. The work will start only after the first payment is made and the last payment must be made before the last stage of the work is shipped.
4. Prices are just a base reference and may become more expensive depending on the complexity of the work.
5. The customer can choose to pay cash or 50% before the artwork starts and 50% at the beginning of the coloring process.
6. The artist may ask for an extra fee if the client asks for a change in the artwork about something already decided and accepted by the artist. For example, asking to change the hand pose in an illustration after the artist has started shading. The artist may also ask for extra fees if the customer exceeds the number of free changes requested, which is explicitly stated in the section Progress.

CONTRACTOR'S OBLIGATIONS:1. When publishing my work in any type of media, the client must, within the same platform where the act took place, mention the name and/or social network of the artist that appears in Carrd, thus giving the proper credits in a place of easy viewing.
2. Unless it is a commercial work, the artist's signature must be kept.
3. The sale of non-commercial works is strictly forbidden, but if the customer is selling his OC he can send the artwork bought as long as the proper credits are given and regardless of the future owner of the OC he will not have commercial rights over artwork of my authorship.
4. The artist does not authorize the use of the artwork in any kind of blockchain activity, such as NFTs and AI.

- If the customer is using someone else's OC, make sure that person agrees to it. A document must be presented proving that the owner of the OC authorizes the artwork.
- The artist must send previews of the commissioned artwork to the client on a regular basis. In case of any unforeseen circumstances, the artist must contact the customer to update him of the situation for possible irregular submissions.
- The artist will take care of up to two changes per step. This only applies if the change fits into the preview of the most recent stage shown to the customer by the artist. For example, changing a character's color palette can only be done during the Flat color stage.
- If there are more than two changes in the stage, a fee will be required for each extra change.
- The time for your commission to be completed can vary from two weeks to four weeks and depending on the complexity even longer, but the artist will always be responsible for informing the customer of any unforeseen problems.
- Remember that there is a minimum time frame, if your commission has urgency or a certain deadline, let us know at the time of hiring to check if I can accept or not.


CANCELING/REFUND POLICY:
- I have the right to cancel and refund your commission money at any time.
- The refund amount will be proportional to the stage of the process the artist is at.
- If the money has not been sent yet, the artist has the right to cancel the commission.
- For Paypal customers: If you file a dispute/refund request without due cause, your right to everything I did will be taken away. Your registered Paypal name and nickname will be publicly posted everywhere and a notice will be sent to others to be on the lookout. I will not accept any commission from you, ever again.

Any statement can be changed if discussed with me, the artist, before commission.
